KKU 002.19

|
This sensor measures 345 mm x 58 mm x 38 mm and
is used to detect the fill level over a height of
300 mm. This single unit is composed of 10
individually adjustable sensor elements arranged in
series. As the fill height increases, the elements
are switched, one by one. This gives an output of
0-10 VDC over the 300mm length.
The sensor is fully enclosed (IP67), and can
detect the fill height through glass or plastic
barriers. Depending on the material, the sensing
range is up to 20 mm.

IKU 245.33
|
This inductive sensor measures 450 mm x 200 mm
and has a sensing range of 205 mm (8"). It is used
primarily in the steel industry, but has many other
potential applications.

IKV 270.23
|
This inductive ring sensor measures 360mm x
390mm and has a 270mm diameter hole in the middle.
It measures metal parts as they pass through the
hole. It can be used to monitor die ejection, for
parts sorting, counting and many other
applications.

This sensor is 1.5m long and is designed for tin
can monitoring in the food processing industry. It
is placed at the filling station and ensures that
the correct number of cans are lined up before
filling takes place. Other lengths are also
available.
